Customers Area Tutorial

Understanding your customers area.

Please note that if needed you can contact our Customer Service daily, 9AM - 9PM GMT over the phone or ticket submission system.

ACCOUNT SUMMARY

Account # - your account number
Since - date of registration
Name - your name
Cash balance - available balance
E-gold account - e-gold account on file

CURRENT CONTRACTS
Name of the fund (Nickname if applicable)
Date of Creation - initial date of creation
Funding source - source of deposit
Term - term of investment
Daily Interest - daily profit in percent
Daily profit - interest in USD
Time Passed - elapsed time in days
Time Left - days left
History graph - a detailed graph of your investment performance

How to make my first investment?

Log in. Click on INVEST button on the top of the page. This is where you start the investment process.

1. Select the deposit source by clicking on the corresponding button. This will take you on the next page.

How to make the deposit via e-gold?

1. Enter the desired amount to deposit.
2. Pick the Managed Fund by clicking on the left of the corresponding name.
3. Type in your deposit note.
4. Click on PROCEED. This will bring you to the e-gold payment page.
5. Enter the short memo for your e-gold payment.
6. Enter your passphrase.
7. Enter the Turing number you see on your right in a small image box. If you can't see the number, press on Audible Turing Number link and you will be able to hear the Turing number.
8. Click on Preview button and proceed to the payment confirmation page

How to make the deposit from accounts cash balance?

1. Enter the desired amount to deposit.
2. Pick the Managed Fund by clicking on the left of the corresponding name.
3. Type in your deposit note.
4. Click on PROCEED.

It will take you back to the Account Summary page. At the bottom you will be able to see the details of the investment you've just made.

How to Withdraw?

1. Log into the Clients area
2. Click on the "Withdraw" button on the top.
3. Make sure you have the correct e-gold account on file.
4. Enter the amount in US dollars to withdraw (not less than 1 USD)
5. Press on CONFIRM.

Your request will be processed instantly to your e-gold account on file and you will be taken back to the Account Summary area.

How to view your account history?

1. Click on "Activity Reports" .
2. On the next page you will be able to see the detailed activity log for your account. All transactions are logged in real time.

How to refer someone to our program

1. Log in.
2. Click on the "My referrals" button
3. Then you will be taken on the page will all necessary information and linking info.

All referred customers will be given a special cookie which will identify your account as the primary affiliate.
Please note that the referral ID won't be shown in the address bar after the entrance, all referral submissions are processed instantly.

How to exit the Customers area?

Click on "Log out" phrase in the middle right section of Account summary.

How to enable SMS authorization
To take advantage of the sms authorization option (PIN via text message to your cell phone) you will need to do the following:

1. Log in.
2. Enter the Security center.
3. On the next page enter your mobile number
4. Press the corresponding button (enable = ON, disable = OFF)
